I fished with Buddy up by Bonneville Dam. Our target fish were summer chinook or as he called them “June Hogs”. It started early in the morning when we met at 5 I was a little shocked about the early wake-up time but it really turned out to be well worth it. As we put the rods out I could see how dedicated Buddy was, all his rods were ready to go and it didn’t take long to hook our first fish.
The first fish turned out to be a native. A fish weighing in at about 25 pounds. Throughout the day we caught 4 more fish and the boats next to us had 2 bites between them. We were in the right spot and it showed. I had a great day! Buddy was a very nice man and an even better guide. He filleted and packaged all of my fish. And provided Ice for my trip home. I would recommend Columbia River Fishing Adventures to anyone who wants to go catch fish and have a great time doing it!
